Since 1998, Blackburn has provided sought-after geotechnical engineering services to Northern and Central CA. As we have grown, our service offerings have as well. Materials testing and construction inspection, geo-environmental, forensics, and laboratory testing have all become core competencies at Blackburn. With 3 offices, a 7,000 square foot materials lab, and over 50 professionals, Blackburn is ready for new challenges and growth.

In 2018, Blackburn adopted an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, giving its employees the opportunity and responsibility of an ownership interest in the business and its future.
