The Administrative Assistant will be supervised by Blackburn’s Business Manager, and work closely with the CEO and CFO. Blackburn Consulting is looking for experienced Field Construction Materials Testing Technicians for On-Call Caltrans contracts in Fresno and Kern Counties. Per Diem available. Prevailing wage rates apply. Premium pay rate available, dependent on experience. We need candidates who demonstrate a strong work-ethic with a professional attitude. The ideal candidate will have construction soils testing experience for a geotechnical engineering or materials testing company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Timely documentation of all testing activities and construction observations.
- Daily coordination with Caltrans and Contractor representatives.

Position Requirements:
