Since joining Blackburn in 2006, Bryce has led our Construction Services team with a focus on quality, precision, and collaboration. He oversees construction management, inspection, and materials testing for projects ranging from roadways and bridges to levees, subdivisions, schools, and pipelines.

Bryce is highly skilled in managing federally funded contracts and ensuring compliance with LAPM requirements. His attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation help keep projects on track and meet the highest standards.

Known for his hands-on leadership style, Bryce works closely with clients, contractors, and team members to anticipate challenges and deliver practical solutions. His approach ensures that even the most complex projects are completed efficiently and successfully.
