A project engineer for Blackburn Consulting, Daniel has been with the company for over six years. His experience includes subsurface investigations, environmental assessments, materials testing, and forensic evaluations for levees, dams, pipelines, water/wastewater treatment plants, tanks, roadways, and schools. Daniel coordinates and organizes subsurface investigations, completes in-house laboratory testing, and assists with engineering analysis and geotechnical report preparation.  Daniel has a strong work ethic, a dedication to quality, and understands the importance of clear communication and detailed work.
