As Blackburn’s President, Donald is leading the company into it’s second generation of growth and prosperity. Donald served as the ACEC-Sierra Chapter president and is a trustee of the ACEC-CA scholarship and CA PAC boards. After spending 5 years as a process engineer in the food and beverage industry, Donald started at Blackburn in 2019 managing administrative operations. He continues to focus on internal operations, strategic growth and business development.
