Meet Mr. Rodgers – Our Geotechnical Director
With over 25 years of hands-on experience, Mr. Rodgers leads Blackburn Consulting’s geotechnical team with a passion for precision and innovation. He’s dedicated to strengthening the technical expertise of our engineers and ensuring every project is built on a solid foundation—literally.

From developing project scopes and managing drilling, sampling, and testing programs to performing advanced engineering analyses like soil-structure interaction, seismic hazard evaluations, and ground improvement strategies, Mr. Rodgers brings deep technical insight to every challenge. He also reviews calculations and reports to make sure our work meets the highest standards.

Throughout his career, he has guided geotechnical studies across California, including site explorations, detailed analyses, and construction observation services. His commitment to excellence helps our clients feel confident that their projects are safe, efficient, and built to last.
