Laura Long is a project manager with Blackburn Consulting. She has over 21 years of experience in public, corporate, and military environmental engineering.  Areas of expertise include environmental regulatory compliance and occupational health and safety with a focus on hazardous materials, waste water discharge, air emissions, risk assessment, asbestos abatement, radiation safety training, and HAZMAT response. Laura conducts phase I and phase II environmental site assessments for property acquisitions associated with roadway and bridge improvement projects, industrial facilities, landfills, agricultural areas, railroad operations, and automotive facilities.
