Ms. Hart is a project manager/senior engineer with Blackburn Consulting.  She has over 28 years of geotechnical engineering experience on flood control, residential, commercial, school, and infrastructure projects in the Northern California area. Her experience includes providing geotechnical recommendations for underseepage and slope stability evaluations of existing and new levees, seepage berms and cutoff walls, shallow and deep foundation design, retaining walls, pipelines, slope stability and landslide repair, pavement design, and expansive soil mitigation. Ms. Hart’s experience also includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Studies which have included projects with soil and groundwater remediation.
