Wendy Supinger serves on Blackburn’s Board of Directors and as the company’s chief financial officer. She has a master’s degree in business administration from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, OH.  She has worked within the operations of the Blackburn Consulting since 2003.

Wendy’s experience includes: the administration of company IT services, prevailing wage compliance, payroll processing, accounting/finance processing and management reporting, project cost tracking, and working with subcontractors.
